Conference fee includes: Participation on all sessions, Conference material, Coffee breaks, Lunches (Monday-Thursday), Welcome cocktail and Conference dinner.

Accompanying person fee includes: welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and light lunches.

Conference fee does not include: Participation at the workshops that will take place on Sunday 31/08.

Terms & Conditions: PhD Student: PhD students benefit from a reduced registration fee, under the condition that they provide a recent certificate of studies from their university, or a letter signed by their PhD advisor. Certificates or letter must be submitted to the Conference’s email address, info@eafp2025.org .

Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed to info@eafp2025.org, to Diazoma Conferences & Events (Maria K. Leventi) always with a reference to a bank account, including the I.B.A.N. and SWIFT code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges.
All refunds will only be processed after the completion of the Conference. Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures.
Any requirement for cancellation of the registration to EAFP2025 must be addressed to the Conference’s Secretariat. In case of reimbursement, do not forget to include your full bank account details.
• For cancellations before or on June 15th, 2025, a full reimbursement of the registration fee is foreseen. Nonetheless, an administration fee of 40 € will be withhold.
• For cancellations between June 16th and July 20th, 2025, a partial reimbursement of 50% is foreseen.
• For cancellations after July 21st, 2025, no reimbursement will be possible.
